In accordance with the Google Play Developer Policy and statutory privacy regulations, you may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. We verify account ownership and process approved requests within 7 business days.

Offline Local Application Notice: The selected app (FTP Client / Notes ABC / PDF Pro) does not store user accounts, server passwords, or personal documents on remote cloud servers. All your files, server bookmarks, notes, and PDFs are stored 100% locally on your Android device. You can immediately and completely wipe all data by clearing app storage in Android Settings > Apps > Storage > Clear Data, or by uninstalling the app. If you previously contacted customer support and wish to delete your email correspondence, please continue submitting the form below.

Permanent Deletion Policy & Scope:

• What is Deleted: User credentials, display name, email, surveyor identity, project submissions, GPS coordinates, media attachments, and authentication sessions are permanently wiped.
• Processing Timeline: Verified requests received through this portal are processed within 7 business days. Immediate in-app deletion is also available for SurveyOg Pro via Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account Permanently.
• Statutory Retention: Where required by law (e.g. tax, accounting invoices for paid subscriptions, or fraud prevention), limited records may be archived in restricted format for the statutory limitation period, then destroyed.
