Master Privacy Policy

Fulwariya Technologies ("Fulwariya", "we", "us", or "our") develops and publishes focused mobile applications and web services, including SurveyOg Pro, FTP Client & WiFi FTP Server, Notes ABC, and PDF Pro (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, handle, protect, and delete information when you use our applications.

Core Privacy Principles

• Privacy by Default: We build apps that minimize data collection. If a task can be performed on your device without sending data to our servers, it remains 100% on your device.
• No Sale of Personal Data: We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data, survey answers, or file transfer credentials to third parties or data brokers.
• No Hidden Tracking: We disclose all device permissions in detail before requesting them, and explain the exact functionality each permission enables.

SurveyOg Pro: Field Surveys & GIS Data Collection

SurveyOg Pro is an offline-first professional field survey and GIS spatial data collection platform. Because it is designed for field research, agriculture, inspections, and monitoring, it requests specific device permissions:

1. Location Data (Precise & Approximate GPS)

Purpose: Used exclusively to stamp the geographical coordinates of field survey responses and to sketch or calculate GIS spatial geometries (Points, Lines, Polygons, and geodesic area measurements).
Disclosure: Location coordinates are captured only while an active location-enabled question or mapping project is in use. We do not track user location in the background when the app is idle or closed. Location data is stored locally on the device until synced to the organization's verified workspace.

2. Camera & Photo Evidence

Purpose: Used strictly when a surveyor attaches photographic evidence or scans QR/barcodes as part of a questionnaire.
Disclosure: The app does not access personal photo albums without explicit user selection, and does not capture background imagery.

3. Multi-User Isolation & Offline Storage

Purpose: Designed for remote environments with zero network connectivity. Survey responses, draft forms, and spatial KML/GeoJSON files are stored in an encrypted local database.
Disclosure: On shared tablets, multi-user isolation mechanisms safely wipe active database state from memory when logging out to prevent unauthorized cross-surveyor viewing.

4. Account & Survey Data Deletion

SurveyOg Pro accounts and associated survey data can be permanently deleted at any time through our dedicated web form at Account & Data Deletion Page or directly inside the app under Settings > Danger Zone > Delete Account Permanently.

FTP Client & WiFi FTP Server: High-Performance File Transfer

FTP Client for Android is a high-performance network file management and wireless transfer utility connecting directly to user-specified remote servers or broadcasting a local WiFi server:

1. Zero Remote Telemetry & 100% Privacy

FTP Client operates strictly on a direct client-to-server and local-network model. It does not contact any Fulwariya Technologies servers, does not transmit telemetry or user behavioral analytics, and does not require account creation.

2. Server Credentials & Private Key Storage

Hostnames, ports, usernames, passwords, and SSH private keys (RSA, ECDSA, Ed25519) are stored solely on your local Android device inside an encrypted SQLite database (Room). Credentials are never sent anywhere other than the destination server you explicitly connect to.

3. Foreground Service & Storage Access

The app utilizes an Android Foreground Service to maintain transfer sockets during long downloads/uploads and keep the WiFi FTP Server active when the screen is locked or another app is active. Storage permissions are requested solely to read and write files chosen by the user.

Notes ABC: Digital Notebook & PDF Studio

Notes ABC is a 100% offline digital notebook, PDF annotator, and study suite:

1. 100% Offline Architecture & Local Encryption

All notes, digital ink strokes, flashcards, and PDF annotations are stored entirely on the user's device in an encrypted SQLite database powered by SQLCipher. There is no cloud backend and no account required.

2. On-Device "Smart" Tools (No Cloud LLM Calls)

Features such as Computer Algebra System (CAS) math solving, handwriting spellchecking, extractive summarization, and dictionary lookups execute 100% locally on-device using native C++ algorithms. No text, equations, or handwriting samples are ever transmitted over the network.

3. Non-Intrusive Advertising Disclosures

Notes ABC is monetized through standard, non-intrusive banner and interstitial advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may process device identifiers in compliance with Google Play's Families & Developer policies to serve appropriate advertisements.

PDF Pro: Smart PDF Hub & Document Utility

PDF Pro is a 100% offline document management and PDF utility suite:

1. 100% Offline Processing Architecture

All PDF rendering, page manipulation (reordering, rotation, deletion), multi-pass compression, watermarking, and format conversions execute 100% locally on your device. We do not operate remote document processing servers, and your confidential files are never transmitted to external APIs.

2. Document Encryption & Security

Password protection and permission locking use standard on-device AES-256 encryption. Master owner passwords and document decryption keys remain strictly within your device's memory during active viewing and are never stored or logged by us.

3. Device Storage & Data Deletion

PDF Pro requires Android storage access exclusively to read and save document files you explicitly select via the system document picker. Because no cloud database or user accounts are maintained, clearing app storage or uninstalling the app permanently purges all temporary cached files from your device.

Data Retention & Deletion Policy

In full compliance with the Google Play Data Safety & Account Deletion Policy and statutory privacy regulations:

• Permanent Deletion Scope: When a deletion request is approved, we irrevocably delete user account credentials, profile data, survey answers, GPS coordinates, media attachments, and associated authentication tokens.
• Processing Timeline: Verified deletion requests submitted via our web portal are permanently processed within 7 business days. Deletions initiated in-app (e.g. SurveyOg Pro Settings > Danger Zone) occur immediately.
• Local Apps (FTP Client, Notes ABC & PDF Pro): Because FTP Client, Notes ABC, and PDF Pro do not maintain remote cloud accounts or databases, uninstalling the application or clearing app storage via Android Settings immediately and permanently wipes all on-device data.
• Statutory Retention Exceptions: Financial records or invoices associated with paid transactions (such as FINBI or Google Play subscription order numbers) may be retained for statutory periods required by tax and accounting regulations.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you hold statutory rights under applicable privacy legislation:

• India (DPDP Act 2023): You have the right to access summaries of personal data processed, seek correction or erasure of obsolete data, nominate individuals in case of death/incapacity, and file grievances.
• European Economic Area & UK (GDPR): You have the right to access, rectify, erase ("right to be forgotten"), restrict processing, request data portability, and lodge complaints with a supervisory authority.
• California & US States (CCPA/CPRA): You have the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, opt-out of data sales (we do not sell personal data), and receive non-discriminatory service.

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Fulwariya Technologies software, applications, and web services. By downloading, installing, or accessing any Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. License & Permitted Use

Fulwariya Technologies grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps on compatible devices you own or control. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, resell, or distribute unauthorized derivative versions of our proprietary software.

2. User Responsibilities & Content

You are solely responsible for the content you generate, transmit, or store within our applications (including survey questions, collected responses, files transferred over FTP/SFTP, and digital notes). You must not use our software to conduct unlawful surveillance, transmit malicious payloads, or infringe upon third-party intellectual property or privacy rights.

3. Google Play Purchases & Subscriptions

Any paid features, upgrades, or subscriptions purchased through Google Play are processed according to Google Play’s Terms of Service and billing policies. Refund requests must be submitted directly through Google Play in accordance with standard store rules.

4. Limitation of Liability

Our applications are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fulwariya Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from data loss, network interruptions, or server configuration errors.
